Taylor Questionable for Sunday in Detroit
Posted by Matt Loede on September 14th, 2007 filed in NewsVikings RB Chester Taylor is listed as questionable on the teams injury report and it
looks as if Adrian Peterson could be carrying the load Sunday when the Vikings play in Ford Field vs the Lions. Coach Brad Childress did not sound overly confident that Taylor would be able to take the field Sunday. “Just kind of incremental progress. Sometimes those things get better as they go. He’s done everything he can to put himself in position, so we’ll see. We’ll leave it up to him,” Childress said.
Peterson showed last week that he was more than capable of being the feature back last week, as he rushed for 103 yards on 19 carries, and caught a pass in the flat and went 60 yards for a score in the teams 24-3 win at home over the Falcons.
