Vikings quarterback missed his second straight day of practice because of a groin strain, but head coach Brad Childress insists the second-year pro will start on Sunday in Kansas City if he’s healthy. Brooks Bollinger and Kelly Holcomb worked with the first team in yesterday’s practice at Winter Park in Eden Prairie, with Holcomb getting most of the reps. Childress says Jackson appeared to be moving around better yesterday. Jackson was hurt in the Vikings’ loss at Detroit.
