It’s Holcomb If T-Jax Can’t Go
Posted by Matt Loede on September 25th, 2007 in News

Vikings coach Brad Childress says if Tavaris Jackson isn’t recovered from a groin injury, Kelly Holcomb would start on Sunday at the Metrodome against the Green Bay Packers. Jackson was hurt in the Vikings’ loss at Detroit, forcing him to miss this past Sunday’s game at Kansas City. Holcomb got the start and was sacked five times in the loss to the Chiefs. The Vikings are waiting to see if running back Chester Taylor can play against the Packers. He’s been out since suffering a hip injury in the season-opening win over the Falcons.
