McKinnie Takes a Day Off From Practice

Posted by Matt Loede on November 8th, 2007 filed in News

Vikings offensive lineman Bryant McKinnie did not practice with the team yesterday in Eden Prairie because of soreness in his left knee. But despite the problem, team officials are confident McKinnie will be at left guard when the Vikings and Packers square off Sunday at Lambeau Field. McKinnie has played in all 80 games since he joined the Vikings in 2002. He was in the lineup despite injuries that include a sprained knee and a broken hand. Artis Hicks took McKinnie’s place in yesterday’s workouts.

They need to get rid of mckinney anyway. He’s way overpaid. big waste of money. playing more like a rookie. give him 600,000 and tell him to shut up and like it or leave. Hicks has played his whole career an tha left side. put him over there. I bet mckinneys paycheck he will be just as good or better for a whole lot less money. more money to improve in other areas.
