Vikings Look for 2nd Straight Win in Green Bay
Posted by Matt Loede on November 10th, 2007 filed in NewsThe Adrian Peterson show travels to Lambeau Field as the Vikings gear up for a key division battle with the Packers in Green Bay. The rookie running back is coming off a record-setting performance against the Chargers in which he set the new single-game mark by rushing for 296 yards. Peterson also reached the end zone three times and is the first rookie ever to record two 200-yard games on the ground. Minnesota sits four games behind the NFC North-leading Packers, who knocked off the Chiefs 33-22 last week at Kansas City. The ageless Brett Favre continued his stellar campaign with 360 yards passing and two touchdowns. Green Bay is 7-and-1 this year, a game ahead of the second-place Detroit Lions.
