Jackson vs the Chargers

Quarterback Tarvaris Jackson says he’s finally as healthy now as he’s been since the season began.  It’s been a rough year for Jackson, who’s missed four games because of a groin pull, a broken finger and a concussion.  Jackson says he’ll prevent further concussions by wearing a mouthpiece on the field, but notes that he won’t change his style of play just to prevent an injury.  He’ll start Sunday’s game at the Metrodome against Oakland, his first start since November 4th against San Diego.  That’s when he suffered a concussion and couldn’t finish the game.
