Vikings owner Zygi Wilf says the team’s stadium issue is now a top priority with the N-F-L. Wilf says it’s important to lay the groundwork for public funding during the upcoming legislative session. Earlier this week, Governor Pawlenty noted the Vikings stadium proposal is on the back-burner behind other pressing issues. The Vikings’ lease at the Metrodome expires after the 2011 season. The team’s current proposal calls for a 954-million dollar stadium in Minneapolis.
