The Vikings have signed Otis Grisby to replace suspended defensive end Ray Edwards. Edwards has been suspended by the NFL for four games for violating the league’s steroid policy. Grisby has been on Carolina’s practice squad the past two seasons. The Vikings face the 49ers in San Francisco this Sunday.
