Adrian Peterson says he had a good first year, but feels he has room for improvement. AD led the NFC in rushing and set the all-time single-game rushing record while gaining top rookie honors from several national publications. But he feels he can do a better job run blocking, catching the ball and working against stacked defensive fronts. Peterson rushed for 13-hundred 41 yards, but was held to just 116 yards in the Vikings’ last four games. He also missed two games with a knee injury that he says is just about fully healed.
