It appears that the Vikings are going to be paid a visit from Bengals free agent safety Madieu Williams.  Scout.com’s Adam Caplan is reporting that the Vikings are currently working on putting a deal together to present to Williams.  The report states that Williams is set to be in Minnesota today and that a deal could be struck right away.  The Vikings do need help in the safety spot, as they are dealing with the possbility of losing free agents Tank Williams and Mike Doss, and they released Dwight Smith, who moved to the Lions.  Williams in four seasons with the Bengals had 290 tackles, 4 sacks and 9 interceptions, one for a score his rookie season of 2004.  He was the Bengals 2nd round pick in 2004 out of Maryland.
