The attorney for Vikings offensive tackle Bryant McKinnie pleaded not guilty today in Miami.

The incident occurred  during a street fight outside a nightclub last month. McKinnie faces charges of aggravated battery, which is a felony, and three misdemeanors after the brawl outside Club Space.

Attorney Larry Kerr told reporters Monday that McKinnie requested a jury trial. Kerr declined to comment further about the case after that.

The next court date in the case is scheduled for April 11.
