The Vikings have promoted Leslie Frazier to assistant head coach/defensive coordinator.  Frazier last season guided the Vikings to the NFL’s number-one rushing defense.  It was his first season in Minnesota.  Frazier spent the previous two seasons as the defensive backs coach for the Indianapolis Colts and also served as defensive coordinator in Cincinnati and defensive backs coach in Philadelphia.
