The Vikings have until three-thirty this afternoon to sell the remaining tickets for Sunday’s playoff game against Philadelphia — or face a television blackout. The NFL granted Minnesota a second 24-hour extension yesterday. There were still about 31-hundred tickets left to sell late Friday afternoon.
