Posted in Center Matt Birk hopes to remain in Minnesota, but he appears to be headed into free agency, according to the AP. Birk’s agent says he has yet to receive a formal offer, but he expects one at some point this week. The veteran center will likely field some sizable offers and hope that the Vikings can match them.
