While it may not have been as shocking as Mike Singletary dropping his trousers, Josh McDaniels turned to some odd antics during his interview at league meetings. According to denverpost.com coaches were asked to wear throwback jerseys for their respective teams for a photo shoot. McDaniels had his jersey in hand, and made the room roar with laughter when he flipped it over to reveal a #6 Jay Cutler jersey. It is unknown whether the choice of player was his or someone else.
This could be an oversight by somebody within the league. It could be a weird sort of olive branch being extended from McDaniels to Cutler. Or, as PFT points out, this could end up being just more fuel on the fire for Bus Cook, Cutler’s agent, to force a way out of town and into a new, fat contract.
