Favre Given Another Deadline by Childress

favre
And here we go again.

The news of Brett Favre having shoulder surgery and that it could mean a comeback to the NFL has sparked another “deadline” by Brad Childress and the desperate Vikings to Favre on if he is going to play in 2009 or not. That report came today from Chris Mortensen and Ed Werder of ESPN.com.

There was a previous report that Childress wanted to have Favre’s decision made about a week ago, but that quickly came and went, and Favre remained retired. Maybe it was a situation that he wanted to make sure that a doctor would tell him that his ailing shoulder would hold up to play in the 09 season.

Whatever the case maybe, it’s getting more and more for sure that the Vikings want him, and it seems that they really want a decision one way or another soon as to his future, so that way the team can prepare with or without him.

It seems that Favre, who is reportedly “conflicted” about coming back, should just do the right thing at this point, and that is stay away. Only bad it seems can come of this as of now.

Chillidumbdumb only wants Favre so he can have yeams try to guess which of the three will start each week. That Chilli is so darn clever….. or maybe not. Personally I’m for signing Favre, he knows the game and will increase the number of big plays we will have. Yea, so too will he throw more int’s but at least with Favre if we get behind we have a chance to come back. Our 2-minute “O” will improve vastly also.

    FIRE CHILDRESS NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
