Here’s a few notable items to start off your Monday morning on what is sure to be a slllllow news week when it comes to football:
- walterfootball.com takes a comprehensive look at the Vikings offseason in which they are high on the defense, low on Percy Harvin, and indifferent when it comes to the teams’ choices at quarterback.
- The Vikings Children Fund gets a boost every year when the Team hosts the Ride For Life, which is sure to be a great event again this year.
- The official calendar of the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders is now for sale, that’ll cure your case of the Mondays, eh?
- Can you toot a horn or bang a drum? Then maybe you could audition for the Vikings SKOL line.
- Bobby Wade remembers the good things about former teammate Steve McNair.
- I once ripped on vikings.com pretty bad in an article, but the site is now upgraded to include faster load times.
- scout.com blames Kevin Kolb for this whole Brett Favre mess… seriously.
- The Sports Network thinks Favre’s arrival would negatively effect Bernard Berrian, but make Chester Taylor and Percy Harvin very active.
- Mark Craig of the Star Tribune has no sympathy for Antoine Winfield.
Well, that should keep some of you busy and unproductive at work as you battle a case of the Mondays. So keep reading and if any tips, questions, concerns, comments, or whatever come up, then please feel free to email me at adam@vikingsgab.com.

Holy cow, great post. I didn’t know Vikings.com updated, so that’s great to see, and who doesn’t love the picture reference? Nice!
