However, they might REALLY TRY and they have the cap space to TRY EXTREMLY HARD if they so choose. The Bucs have a ton of money left to spend, and even Brett Favre would have to be interested in making a few extra million dollars... who wouldn't? I know Bus Cook would be all over it.
