Minnesota ( – 3 ) at Cleveland
The Cleveland Browns have many questions on both sides of the ball and this week the answers will be difficult to find. The Browns will have a difficult time containing Adrian Peterson for 4 quarters and look for Brett Favre to do just enough to keep the Browns defense honest.
Defensively, the Browns just won’t get untracked as running against the Vikings D-line will prove futile and the pass rush led by Jared Allen will keep Brady Quinn off balance most of the day. Look for E.J. Henderson to have a big day on D.
The Vikings won’t exactly light it up offensively but they will manage to score enough to secure an opening day victory while ( barely ) covering the spread.
