Gilligan’s Isle

Life certainly gives us some true  pleasures at times.  Watching a Gilligan’s Isle rerun on a Lazy Saturday afternoon can certainly be relaxing. Keeping up on the island’s activities seems rewarding and intriguing at times. It seems you can watch them over and over and never get tired of just a great entertaining show.

I will be the first to admit that I have watched the rerun of Adrian Peterson’s fantastic scamper to the end zone more than a dozen times. The run shows Peterson’s awesome speed, agility, strength and his desire to push himself to the limit. Each time I watch the clip I keep finding little things that make this football player one of the best. I totally enjoy watching the Cleveland Brown’s free safety Brodney Pool at about the 50-yard line try to tackle Peterson. Ok, Maybe even get a hand on him, maybe he was thinking it was flag football and he only needed to get within an arms length. Talk about a total whiff. For those that want to watch it here is the clip.

It’s as enjoyable to watch as an old TV rerun. It will be a classic just like Gilligan’s Isle, Beverly Hillbillies, and The Adam’s Family. The AP show will be on every highlight film or sports talk show for many years to come. This was just the Season premier!

Yo Adrian!
