I had picked-up Berrian in my fantasy league in anticipation of Bernard housing The Motor City Kitties right off of Mall of America Field. I thought given the production in the last GB game, despite him still being a tad banged-up follwed by a week off, a match-up against The Lions would be a perfect setting for him to get into the zone. Was a big bummer. However, I’m not at all mad. I feel he’s a virtual #1 reciever who draws extra coverage due to his threat to burn opposing CBs. That, I feel, opens up the sexy match-ups that Sid ‘The Kid’ and Percy get as of late. Having Percy or Sid take his spot would mean THEY would draw double coverage and see a drop in production. Just a thought.
