Yes, giving up on a project is tough… kind of like when I save a draft of a post that is only half finished becuase it sucks… eventually I have to delete it but that doesn’t mean I want to.

Kudos to Chili for transitioning away from t-Jack and hitting the reset button without having to get fired first.

I guess admitting failure is hard for anyone to accept. I think the first 3 years are very important for development for a QB. Chili wouldn’t be the first coach to hang onto a hopeful to long. TJack will be an awesome back up somewhere.I believe he will never have what it takes. I give Chili credit for giving up on Booty.

Denny Green was a great team counsler… not much of a head coach though.

Just like I think Chili would make a great pro scout… not much of a head coach though.

I would agree with that Dude but Chili also has a huge ego notably the Tjack experiment.

I do believe that Chili will show he has become the better coach. The key word was “become.” His first 3 years he was learning and didn’t come across well to the fans. I think he has learned what it takes to be a winner. I beleive Green had a huge ego and thought he knew everything about coaching and did what HE wanted
