9-1 Equals More Prime Time
How do you know when your team is doing well on the field and in the television ratings?
When a major television network passes on showing a Patriots game in order to show your team.
That is exactly what NBC has decided to do during week 13. Instead of showing the Patriots play the Dolphins, NBC used their ability to flex-schedule and has placed the Vikings vs. Cardinals matchup into the Sunday Night slot.
It is thought that this game could have a great deal of meaning, as both the Vikings and Cardinals should be vying for a first round bye in the playoffs.
More importantly (totally joking), having it on a Sunday Night makes it easier for me to host a live blog during the game.

Sunday nights work better for ya Adam? I prefer Sunday nights too. Then you can actually get something done during the day.

When the Vikes are playing the early game, it is 9:00 a.m. where I’m at. Meaning live chat features a less awake and less aware Adam.

Ya Charlie I cant remember when I’ve felt so good about the Vikes. Even in 1998 I felt good about the Vikes but when John Randle got hurt the air slowly came out of the balloon. But this year we have alot of depth if somebody goes down.

bigjohnny,
No doubt, The 98 Vikings D pretty much could pin their ears back because the Offense usally gave them a good lead, I like our team now, a little better More balanced…
