Aaaaah Frazier noooooo!(Cue cinematic scream)The man is one of the key elements as to why the D is so fear inducing. I mean I'd like to see him surpass his current staus because he's capable of building a great team. The defense is powerful and talented. However, without Fraizer the D may lack the guidance needed to maximize it's potential. Option number two would be to find someone of equal or greater skill. The guys are skilled but their skills are elevated and magnified by good coaching. Any half wit can ruin even the most talented team.

Fred likes Frazier, but with the talent on this team, any new hire would suddenly become a great coordinator.

Freds just hopes the next D coordinator will have a boy's name.
