Kurt Warner’s Status In Question
Posted by Adam Warwas on December 1st, 2009 in Features, Game Stories, Injuries, Main, News, Opinions, Rumors

Kurt Warner is suffering from post-concussion symptoms that he says are difficult to describe, but involve blurred vision.
This week, Warner sat out of the Cardinals loss to the titans and was replaced by Matt Leinart. The offense was visibly worse without Warner.
The Vikings would benefit greatly from a victory over the Cardinals who are only three games behind them in the NFC standings.
Warner says he plans to play against the Vikings, but there are doubts within the league as to whether or not he really will.
While I wish no harm to any NFL player, it is clear that the Vikings would have a much more manageable game on their hands if Warner was not at quarterback.
I will make sure to keep you updated.

Last year, the Vikes dismantled the Cards WITH Warner as QB and WITHOUT Favre at the helm (remember last year with the Jets he threw for 6 TD’s against the Cards too). This year the Vikings are an even better team than last year and the Cards are not near as good as they were.
Although each game the Vikes need to play well, I have no doubt about their ability to handily defeat the Cards….with or without Warner.

Kevin I cant disagree. But the Cards can be a dangerous team with Warner. They do have some serious weapons on offense. Our secondary doesnt match up real well with their recievers.

Probowl voting is getting really weird. 11 vikes in first place voting, and 8 vikes in second, for a total of 18 vikes that could make the probowl.

I think warner will sit out. He says he still has fuzziness around his eyes. Doubt the team will let him play.

Charlie that would definetly help. But Cards have three dangerous recievers. Although if wtf is right and Warner sits this one out, our chances go way up.
