Posted in I had a brain fart in my most recent mock draft.
I said, “Tony Pike is having a dream season and his stock will never be higher, meaning he’s almost a sure thing to declare for the draft.”
While nobody caught my mistake, a possible comment that someone could have left could have read something like this:
“Dear Adam, you are a moron. Tony Pike being a senior probably makes him more than ‘almost a sure thing’ to declare for the draft. Geesh, get your facts straight you hack of a blogger.”
So to those of you who noticed but refrained from calling me nasty names, I just want you to know that I appreciate that.
That was just one of those things I write, but don’t really think about it… until I’m 45 miles from my computer and then it can bug me all day that I can’t fix it.
And just for all of your information, one knock against Pike is that he will actually be a 24 year old prospect which is considerably older than the average prospect.
