Favre Refuses To Be Benched?

Here’s an interesting note.

During Brett Favre’s press conference, he made a rather unhappy reference to Coach Childress trying to pull him during the third quarter.

Childress had successfully pulled Bryant McKinnie but Favre refused to come off the field.

Favre’s unhappiness with Coach Childress will doubtless be a big topic of conversation, and possible distraction, throughout the coming week.

I’ll take Favre over Chili any day. I dont think Favre was happy with Chili the whole game. I wasnt either. Ziggy made a huge mistake renewing Chilis contract to soon. I hope Fran chimes in on this one.

The best way to counter a great pass rush is to run the ball… 12 rushes for Adrian is ridiculous.

“High percentage” passes like slants and screens seem absent from this offense far too often. On third and short, Favre had zero checkdown options. Why have Chester Taylor if you’re going to neglect him?

Just a few of the big questions I have about this game.

Adubs, sounds like Panthers gameplan. Coaching 101. We both saw that early in the game, but mystericaly the Vikes staff couldnt.

O line deserves ALL the credit for this loss…no run blocking and no pass protection.
