Vikings Gab Rallies As The Vikings Re-Group

The mood around here is nothing short of sour following Monday’s stunning loss to the Bears.  And rightfully so.

That being said, there are only six days left until we all regain our optimism and rush into the playoffs as hopeful as we ever were.

It will be an exciting time for us Viking fans whether it last one week or six.

Now is the time where I ask all of you for help getting more and more of the Purple Faithful to join us here at Vikings Gab for this exciting time.  Our little community is growing very fast (Packer fans even bother to come over here to heckle us in live chats now… that’s got to be a good sign, right?) and I am grateful to all of you that have encouraged others to come and join.

So why not get more folks involved?  Tell your friends, family, and fellow bloggers to come on over and join us for what will surely be one hell of a post season ride!

Also, if you come across a site that doesn’t have us on their blogroll then please contact them and let them know that Vikings Gab is worthy of being included.

Again, thanks to all the great readers we have here currently… whether it is a daily, weekly, or monthly visit to Vikings Gab, your comments are very much appreciated!

SKOL!

    I will do that…

  2. Fragile Fred says:

Your old pal Fragile is feeling good about the up coming play off run. Coach Brads has a few tricks up his sleeve, you people just wait and see!

mornin’ Adam…….Ole’s still sleepin’……and good to “see” you Coach!

Coach, my morning thought (as we analyze this melt-down)….chilly’s “scripted” start?????
    8 plays, 10 plays, 12 plays, several 3 & outs??
maybe it relates to our slow starts and maybe it relates to the brad/brett friction as of late????? any wisdom you can share?

  4. Fragile Fred says:

Greetings to Freds old pal Krugs. Nice to see you heres.

  5. Fran the Man says:

    Adam,
I posted a link to your site on a couple of Viking forums, including the evil faux AV. They must have me blocked now, as it didn’t post.

    Krug, 8- 10- 12 scripted plays?
Against the Bears, it looked to me like he went the whole first half with a script. Seriously.
The guy has to be the most gutless coach out there. It’s pretty obvious to me Childo is WAY more concerned about his ego than he is about winning games. Why else would he consider yanking Favre because he audibled out of a called running play to a pass that went for a TD? And then lie about it?

For the life of me, I’ll never understand Wilf’s thinking when he extended this dufus.

  6. krugjr says:

hello freds!!!!!!! Happy New Year to you and yours!

fran……yeah, just started thinking about the “script” today…….IF your opponent changes something radically early on, wouldn’t you want to let your play calling expand a little? I keep thinking “something” split these players a little and the “team” effort isn’t quite there….

    GO VIKES!!!!!

  7. Fragile Freds says:

    Frans –

Are you suggesting we fire a coach with 11 wins, back to back division titles & with a better record each year he has coached the purple?

    • Fran the Man says:

      Freds,
Absolutely. Wait, cancel that. . .
      Abso-fu**ing-lutely.
Heck, he should be fired just based on his arrogance alone, not to mention his lack of coaching skills. ANYBODY would have at least, if not better, record than Childo.

Our own B.Grant would have the bye and the 2nd seed by now. . .

Anyway, I know you asked that tongue and cheek, right?

  8. Adam Warwas says:

Thnaks for all the support guys!
