Antoine Winfield (foot), Pat Williams (elbow), Visanthe Shiancoe (thigh), Eric Frampton (ankle), Steve Hutchinson (shoulder), and John Sullivan (knee) were all limited in practice on Thursday.
Jimmy Kennedy (thumb) did not practice.
11 players are listed as injured for the Giants in addition to Aaron Ross and Brandon Jacobs being put on injured reserve this week.
The Vikings are way healthier than the Giants, but they were also way healthier than the Bears last week… and we all know how that turned out.

Freds hasn’t heard anything about Shank Daddy, what do we know about his prospects for playing this week?
Hell, what difference does it really make, we gots DUGAN!
Freds just watched the Stanford game, that Toby Gerharts running back would look great in purple. Strong like bull!
A true fullback with quick feet and ummm a little wiggle. Great pad level, wonderful yac (yards after contact). This is the type of guy that your old pal Fragile would attempt to tackle by turning his back and running away like a 12 year old girl. Mark Fred’s words, this guy will be compared to Mike Alstott all draft long (because he’s white).
AK where do you have this dude going? I know it depends alot on the rock/river drill but we could use a smart real full back.
I’d say Shank is 50/50 at this point.
I would say Gerhart could sneak his way into the first two rounds, but is more likely a 3-5 round guy.
He’d be worth our pick 3.
Are you and Mrs W going out to the Bear and Antler for the all you can kill and eat dinner tonight to celebrate the new year?
If we take a running back that early, I really hope it is Noel Devine. Gerhart is too much of a tweener for my taste… though it isn’t a real good draft year for fullbacks. I suspect they’ll be content with tendering Tahi.
Mrs. Warwas and I are going to enjoy some seaside fireworks and then se where the evening takes us…
