Brooking, Phillips Show Respect For Favre And Viking Offense

Brett Favre, 40, had a remarkable season. In posting a career-best 107..2 rating, he passed for 33 touchdowns against just seven interceptions.
“Brett can still sling it,” Dallas linebacker Keith Brooking said. “He can spin that ball and make those throws he made in the day.”
The Cowboys are also amazed at his ability to still slide around in the pocket.
“Most quarterbacks our age don’t move around that much,” joked coach Wade Phillips.

With Favre triggering an offense that includes two Pro Bowl linemen in guard Steve Hutchinson and tackle Bryant McKinnie, a Pro Bowl runner in Adrian Peterson (1,383 yards, 18 touchdowns), a Pro Bowl receiver in Sidney Rice (1,312 yards) and the offensive rookie of the year in receiver Percy Harvin (790 yards), the Vikings ranked second in scoring with a 29.4 average.

A new Viking fan joined the world today, not looking forward to watching the game on the little TV in the hospital room though. His Mom brought a Vikes skull cap and jersey for him to wear Sunday

See now you purple freaks, there is something more important than this dopey game. The birth of a young child. Nothing like it.

Well, with that being said, CO Vikes you need to get youself straight man. You CAN’T watch the game on one of those dog black and white tvs at the hospital. Do what you need to do, man up! Run errands, go buy diapers, anything to get out of that room and in front of a flat screen. Whatever….there has to be a bar close by. Don’t worry, baby Freds will understand, there will be plenty of other days you can spend with him. Heck, believe me, baby Freds moms wants nothing to do with you anyway pal, you’re the one who got her into this mess in the first place. Your life is over, your a dad, just get over it. Find a damn 50 inch screen open a Colt 45 and enjoy the game.

If you need any other advise on raising a family, you can always come to your old pal Fragile Freds!!

Let’s look at Warner in Arizona, he just put on possible the greatest playoff performance ever. Age in quarterbacks is an advantage
