Gameday Guide

Well, the moment of truth is only hours away.

Over the course of this week Chris, Todd, and myself did our best to bring you every storyline, bit of analysis, predictions, and anything else we could find time to type about.  We wrote posts at a record rate of about 10 per day.

All of it now means nothing.  The game will start and only what happens will mean anything at all… 53 men battling it out with 52 other men plus Tony Romo.

Regardless, I wanted to compile everything we worked on for your viewing pleasure as you’re waiting for the game to start.

    way. too. excited.

My Greatest Cause for Concern: Philly has a very good secondary, and Romo had great success against them two weeks in a row. Our secondary cannot rely on pressure on the QB alone, they have to take away some routes and cause some confusion. Status quo for our secondary will be a problem, especially if that means missed tackling by our safeties.

My Greatest Source of Confidence: When we play with full intensity, we are at our peak. There is no chance of an Arizona, Carolina or Chicago level of intensity today. We should be fully focused on protecting Favre, running crisp routes, and pressuring Romo. With us being at home and at peak intensity, we have good reason to feel confident.

    Everyone,
Our secondary needs a A game today, It all starts up front. Offensive line control the rush, Open up holes for Peterson and Taylor, Sullivan,McKinnie,Loadholt need to have a Really good game. Defensive line needs to get pressure on Romo, Without alot of help from LB’s and Secondary, Brett needs to play the same way he has and not get rattled. Go Special teams, Big plays out of them mean so much in this game, I feel really good about Havin,Rice,Shank, (Berrian needs a good game today) This has been a long week, I’m so glad it is here finally.

I know you guys already know all of that, Just pumped and had to vent!!!

    Go Vikings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
