Posted in According to a report, the Vikings have already decided which of their restricted free agents will be tendered and which will not.
Rick Spielman said that while the decisions have been made, they have not yet made the players aware of those decisions. There is really no reason for the Vikings to make their decisions known until the last minute (March 3rd or 4th) as one never knows what type of competitive advantage may arise from being secretive. At the very least, it doesn’t hurt anything to wait a while.
Announcements should be coming soon so keep checking back for the latest news. The next couple of days should feature a flurry of activity concerning teams trying to retain players.

I think the Vikings have decided to sign Warwas as a College Scout, which will be only a small pay upgrade from the Gab and so he will decline because he’d miss BigJohnny.
