Though I am often critical of Ray, he is a 25 year old pass rusher (who holds up decently against the run) that put up 8.5 sacks through the season and looked absolutely dominate in the playoffs. No offense, but I think that values
him way higher then a mid-second rounder. With the importance placed on pass-rushers.. I wouldn't be surprised if the Vikings were to match an offer by a team like the Saints given how late their pick is in Round one!!

My estimate of value for Ray Edwards would be mid 2nd round.....

Edwards and an exchange of 1st rounders could move Viking up to #12 (Miami) or #13 (SF) and a shot at Jimmy Clausen.

Then, of course, if you had him what would you do with Clausen?
