Harvin Almost Pulls A Steve Smith… Kind Of

Carolina receiver Steve Smith received a lot of criticism when he broke his arm playing flag football this offseason.

It sounds like the Vikings were too close to facing a similar situation with rookie sensation Percy Harvin.

Harvin was participating in a charity basketball game in Gainesville, Florida on Saturday.  Harvin was wowing the crowd with his hard-nosed competitive approach to the scrimmage.  At one point the crowd became very worried when Harvin’s tough play turned into an injury scare.

Harvin’s effort to make a play resulted in him flying full speed into the crowd, clearing the first row completely.

Here is hoping for all of our players to stay out of trouble and out of the E.R. for the rest of the offseason.

Losing Cheech would be a devastating blow. He needs to knock that crap off.

Wait, is this Ole guy serious? He’s not, right? Why would he be here if he only likes to read the Sid Hartman-esque oatmeal style articles?
