REPORT: NFL To Make Favre Investigation Swift But Quiet

Any time an employer suspects an employee of sexual harassment of another employee, it is in their best interest to take swift but quiet interest.  The NFL is no different, even when the alleged violator is Brett Favre.

While the NFL tried to decide if Favre indeed violated the league’s personal conduct policy, they will no longer be providing comments on the investigation.

Multiple outlets are reporting that the NFL will “fast track” their investigation, with hopes of getting the matter resolved quickly.  While it is unclear if the investigation, and any subsequent appeals, could result in a “verdict” this season.

However, it is not out of the realm of possibility that Favre’s consecutive starts record is cut short by a league-imposed suspension.
