Packers Might Get Some Much Needed Help

I don’t cheer for injuries to any players, even when those players play for that rotten gold and green team across the border.

With that being said, they are a very talented team that seem to be getting derailed by injuries this season, and the only good Packers team is a derailed Packers team when you are a Vikings fan.

The Packers might get some good news this week, however, when it comes to the length of their injury report.

Pro Bowl caliber linebacker Clay Mathews is expected to play against the Vikings on Sunday night after missing last week’s loss to the Dolphins with a hamstring injury.

Also, they might get cheap shot artist (that’s right, I said it) Al Harris off of the PUP List this week.  Atari Bigby is a possibility to come off of the PUP, as well, but seem like a long shot to play on Sunday.

After injuries took a toll on the safety position, the Packers traded for former Jaguars safety Anthony Smith, with hopes that he can immediately help produce in the secondary.

Honestly, I hope all these guys play.

It’ll make it that much sweeter when we beat them.

Clay Matthews is exactly the type of guy our tackles struggle against, so hopefully they are polishing up their game.

Al Harris can’t do anything right, especially tackle. Every game, he gets absolutely smashed by whatever running back he is playing against. Peterson has a few memorable Harris beatdowns already.
