No Decision This Weekend on the Favre-Sterger Drama

According to Jason La Canfora of NFL Network, an NFL spokesman said the league is continuing its “due diligence” while investigating allegations that Brett Favre sent inappropriate phone messages and photos to a Jets team employee two years ago, but no decision will be announced this weekend. Attorney Joseph Conway, the lawyer for Jenn Sterger, said Wednesday that the league has completed its investigation.

Maybe a good omen for Vikes, just read the Giants are stranded in Kansas City airport because of the blizzard in Minny. Should increase Vikes chances for victory.

RE-POST from Previous: (I’m wondering the same thing, Johnny!)

    Hi, Everyone! Welcome back, Adam…

Well Mother Nature is going to keep us from the game tomorrow. Can’t say that I’m that upset. Plopped on the sofa with Mr. ABV and the big screen works fine for me! Last I heard the Giants’ plane was diverted to KC….any update on that?

    Go Vikes!!

      ABV,

As of now there’s no change scheduled for kickoff time of the game even if Giants have to fly in Sunday morning. Per Seifert

Well, maybe they will be good and tired….or hungover!!

    ABV,Johnny,
Sounds like the weather is pretty nasty out there! If it keeps up, I could see them playing on Monday…

It would be to the Vikings Advantage for sure!!!

      Charlie,

It is very nasty where I’m at and I’m 3 hours South of the Twin Cities. We’ve only got half as much snow but the problem is the wind is blowing 40 to 50 mph and the visibilaty is about 0.

Off topic, but EJ Henderson is getting the recognition he deserves for his broken leg. Here’s hoping he wins comeback player of the year!

They’ll probably give it to someone like Welker or Vick though… EJ never gets the recognition he deserves.
