I typically avoid non-football stories when they are of no consequence to the Vikings as a football team (i.e. players sister being busted for meth) but I thought this one was fun enough to share with you all as we head into the weekend.
According to 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS, Adrian Peterson needed to a restroom pretty badly, so he stopped at a St. Paul McDonald’s. It was after hours, but a woman working inside let him in anyways, despite the fact that it was against the rules.
The woman was Tiffany Langeslay said she knew it was against the rules but made an exception since the person asking was Peterson.
McDonald’s fired Langeslay when she next showed up for work.
After being contacted by the media, McDonald’s did a one-eighty and hired her right back which thrilled the woman, and she said she would accept.
If Peterson catches wind of this story he should send the woman flowers or a signed jersey or purple hand towel or something.
Or, if he waits until he gets his $50 million plus contract extension this offseason, perhaps he could just buy the McDonald’s and make the woman the manager.

back to football…….Shurmer will call his own plays in Cleve……so McDaniels won’t go there…KC is out IMHO…St Louis has a diff offense……I think it’s Miami or MN, and maybe Les’ run-first offense didn’t excite McDaniels ie wouldn’t put up the big numbers to further his head coaching career…..ho hum…shoveling snow is more exciting than the news coming out of Vikings’ camp these days…
GO VIKES!!!!!
krugs, dont even joke about shoveling snow.lol! I’d rather have boring news than shovel any more snow. This story on AD was kinda cool, I would have done the same thing this gal did.
yeah, interesting how “common sense” gets you fired these days….Big Mac had to come around quickly or it would have been a public relations nightmare for them…
GO VIKES!!!!!
