Ohio State CB Devon Torrence Says He’s Inking with the Vikings

Undrafted free agents are on the move at this very hour, and Ohio State CB Devon Torrence has just tweeted that he is headed to ink with the Vikings.

The 6-foot, 199 pound CB was a starter on the team, and could be in the mix as a backup or special teams player for the Vikings if he can make the team.

Here’s a scouting report on Torrence:
