Take Reiff he is a south dakota boy and good work ethic .If he is as good as his dad was in college you got a winner.

Whatever the exact pieces Spielman should have the currency to upgrade and refresh the roster. My preference would be to move out of the 3rd overall but that may not be necessary.

Vike need two of three starters (WR, LT) on offense and similar three of four new defensive (CB, S, LB) starters. These players – yes it means a lot of rookie starters – will close the talent gap from last year with remainder of NFC North. Vike may need another year for all the new parts to get together before getting back to winning record but should start to compete by second half of 2012.

Disagree Vike need a complete rebuild. A couple of careful FA additions (preferable safety/linebacker) could turn things around.

Neither…..Draft RG3 and then build around him.
Ponder is a mix of Shane Matthews and Trent Dilfer.
Draft a guy that can make plays

Yeah, I’d be all-over your move of trading up for RG3. Hard to build a dynasty without a quarterback & I agree Ponder is not the answer, unfortunately.

I would agree mostly on trading up for RGIII. That could be the second best option to do with the 3rd overall pick. But since the redskins moved up what now? Go after Kalil to help Ponder throw ducks and interceptions? A Tackle does not help with a quarterback reading through his progressions. It only gives him maybe another second maybe two. However, Going after Claibourne would be a great option. The Kid can just straight out play ball.
