According to Aaron Wilson of Scout.com, the Vikings will be bringing in OL Geoff Schwartz on Monday for a visit. Schwartz is also drawing interest from a handful of other teams.
Schwartz, who is a 25 year old – 6’6 330 lbs, is a versatile lineman with experience at guard and tackle. Schwartz was solid for the Carolina Panther until hip surgery sidelined him for the 2011 season. If healthy, Schwartz could be a very nice pick up for the Vikings and would likely get a chance to compete for a starting job.
