The stats are daunting to say the least. Christian Ponder? Are you kidding me? Short of a miracle, Minnesota doesn’t have a prayer.

Lets just get the season over and get back to the draft.

There are so many holes on this football team that I can hardly believe the draft can even help. It will have to be one HELLUVA AMAZING draft, and players will have to mature more quickly than ever. It’ll probably be two or three years before we can hope to see a true playoff and super bowl contender in Minnesota, if then. They were favored in every super bowl that they have ever been in, and lost all four. I will continue to be a fan, win or lose, but it is more than highly frustrating to watch and hope year in and year out for the playoffs, and to vie for a super bowl. It grinds inside me, and then I usually usually burn a Vikings cap.
