Hitting The Road

The Vikings haven’t played a game away from home since November 1st’s visit to Green Bay.  Since then, they have had a bye week and three consecutive home games.

On Sunday, a full 36 days later, the Vikings will be traveling to Arizona to take on the Cardinals.

It will be interesting to see how the Vikings play away from home against a high-caliber team.  While I don’t think they blow this one, it sure would be a poor time to find out they aren’t a road team.

Remember last year when Brett Favre kept playing poorly and losing games every time he had to travel too far away from New York?

Just some food for thought.
