Schedule Gets More Mysterious

Once the season was over, we knew who the Vikings would be playing in the 2010 season.  It breaks down as such:

Home: Dallas, New York Giants, Buffalo, Miami, Arizona, Chicago, Detroit, Green Bay.

Away: Philadelphia, Washington, New England, New York Jets, New Orleans, Chicago, Detroit, Green Bay.

Preseason:  At St. Louis, At San Francisco, Seahawks, Broncos

At the time it was a pretty intimidating schedule.

Free agency, however, hindered many of these teams in their wanting to improve.  One team, Arizona, even pretty much imploded from a personnel standpoint.

Then this McNabb trade happened.

We will play both the Eagles and the Redskins in their houses this year.  I used to think that the Redskins were an easy win and that the Eagles would be a tough one.  Now, I’m almost leaning the other way.

Oh, by the way, the schedule will be released this week in full.

The schedule gets 1,006 horribles and 48 terribles!!!! Was it created by Bones and HOPPY? The Vikings will never get to the Candy Mountain with this schedule unless they swing a trade for Hank Baskett and 50 McMuffins that were made by Billy McMuffin!!!!

“Strength of Schedule” is a highly bogus concept. Our 4 losses last year were to one playoff team and 3 to teams who didn’t get in. Meanwhile, we were 4-1 vs. playoff teams in the regular season. Its how you play, not who.

Coach, I agree, This year they need to come out of the gate the way they are capable of playing…

I have a feeling that they will have a chip on their shoulders this year,Because of the way it went down last year…

At least I hope they do !!!
