While the Vikings have not quite had to transfer their injury report to one of those Monty Python style scrolls like the Packers have had to do to ensure they have enough space to list everybody, but it seems like every week features a number of surprising additions.
This week is no different.
On Wednesday, Husain Abdullah (concussion), Jim Kleinsasser (groin), and Lito Sheppard (hand) all sat out of practice.
I wonder if Lito’s hand is simply hurting from all those pass deflections he had on Sunday… oh, wait, never mind.
Limited in practice were Chris Cook (knee), Chris DeGeare (ankle), E.J. Henderson (knee), Brian Robison (ankle), John Sullivan (calf), Brett Favre (elbow), and Letroy Guion (toe).
Chip Scoggins of Access Vikings caught up with wide receiver Jaymar Johnson, who was placed on injured reserve after suffering a broken thumb in the preseason. Johnson says that his thumb is better now and admits he could have been ready to play by week three, but understands that the Vikings made a business decision by placing him on the injured reserve.
certain guys are never on this injury list
Kevin Williams? can’t remember him being injured. Anybody else?
If Kevin Williams is on the injury report tomorrow… I blame Ole 😉
if Dugan is on the injury report, I blame Adam!
Ole, ‘Saucer’s injury could be ofthe bogus variety simply so Chili can get Dugan on the field on a regular basis. Your efforts have not been in vain.
