Injury Report At A Season High

On Thursday, the Vikings injury report lists more players than it has all year.  Twelve, to be exact.

Percy Harvin and Ryan Cook were players added to the list on Thursday after getting a clean bill of health on Wednesday.  Harvin was limited with a new hamstring issue.

Both Jimmy Kleinsasser (groin) and Lito Sheppard (hand) returned to practice on a limited basis after missing Wednesday’s practice.

Chris Cook (knee) sounds confident that he’ll be ready to play on Sunday after having his second minor knee surgery in as many months.

Husain Abdullah (concussion) was the only Vikings player that did not participate today.

Here are the rest of the limited players:  Chris DeGeare (ankle), E.J. Henderson, John Sullivan (calf), and Brett Favre (ankle, right elbow).

Brian Robison (ankle) and Letroy Guion (toe) were listed on the report but were able to fully participate.

I really hope Cook is healthy. We dont need Lito giving up 3 touchdowns this week.

Ya, I only watched the second half, so I didn’t see the other 2 touchdowns that Lito gave up. But the last he had good coverage he just made a mistake by trying to cause a turnover instead of just interrupting the play. He didn’t get beat he just made the wrong move. I think even with Lito we should be alright. But Cook would help a lot. Hopefully our D line disrupts Rodgers the same way we did last year.

Was this the first game Lito has been this bad though? It may have just been a bad/flukey game for him…
