Vikes Steal A Chicago WR

In 2009, the Bears selected wide receiver Juaquin Iglesias with the 99th overall pick.  He had a decent amount of hype surrounding him coming out of Oklahoma, where he played with Vikings offensive linemen Phil Loadholt and Jon Cooper.

Iglesias was active for one game in 2009 and spent the entire 2010 season on the Bears practice squad.  The Vikings, trying to get through one more game despite injuries to Sidney Rice and Bernard Berrian, decided to sign Iglesias off the Chicago practice squad.

They placed him on the active roster and put Tyrell Johnson on injured reserve.

Apparently the Bears are not happy about losing their young wide out.

Charlie, I think the Bears still owe us one. they got Chester Taylor away from us which hurt more than we knew. We also did them a favor by ridding them from Bernie Berrian.
