SSDD! I am a long time suffering fan but this is just absurd. I was wrong about Frasier , I can see he just doesnt have a clue and worse is he is a big time denial saying we dont have a QB problem. How can you not convert on more that one third down pass in three games and say there is not a problem?

Poor time management and play calling at the end of regulation, IMHO!

I am tired of the emotional rollercoaster of winning then blowing it. I would rather see Ponder in and get blown out of the water but at least he would be getting the practice he needs to become the future and if not the First pick the draft sure wouldnt be bad either

Suck for Luck! This could possibly be the battle for him.

I cannot understand why with a 20 pt lead, you don’t ride Adrian Peterson all the way to the win in the second half. Are we saving him for some reason??, because I’m starting to feel sorry for AP since his immensely talented career is going to be wasted on the Vikings. On a good team with competent coaches, he would rewrite the record books and be known as the G.O.A.T. Run the freaking ball on 1st down in the second half! Good God are these loses pathetic. We have had the lead this season all but 6 min and some change, and we still lose every game. Epic Coaching Fail.

‘Riding AD to Victory’ philosophy is one of the main problems. Not taking away from Peterson’s talent but D teams have been anticipating this type of 2nd half offense from McNabb&Co.

Viking second half series are Run, Run, 6 yard Pass then Kick.

There are other execution issues. But prevent play-calling with a lead is not Viking football. The only thing it prevents is winning.

McFlabb inaccurate all day and missed “wide open winning TD to Berrian” AGAIN…..terrible play call on 4th & 1 (thought that’s what Webb or Ponder were on the roster for)….coaching sucks…don’t know how this team can keep their heads up…I’m already totally done with listening to any words from Frazier, he should run for office, he speaks a lot of words and says NOTHING….I say it again: no wonder all the big name coaches and/or GMs wouldn’t touch MN…FAs too…the Wilfs don’t have a clue….just when we didn’t think this franchise could sink any lower….they actually do….what a joke!

PS…I’m driving from MT to ND tomorrow…I’ll bet ,if the wind is from the east, the stench will still be in the air…..

The Minnesota Vikings released a statement after their three game second-half collapses, seemingly apologizing for not being able to finish games:

“We’ li t sinc apolo t ou fa conce ou sec ha shortc, an prom t tr har i th fut. We’ ge i tur aro bef ne wee ga agai th Kan Ci Che. Don McN wi rem ou star quarte, howe Chri Pon wi b rea t ta ov i nee.”

Both the Bengal’s and the Panther’s are starting rookie quarterbacks and even they have a victory already this season. McNabb is a class act and will say all the right things during press conferences, but there is no doubt that he is either injured or his skills have diminished greatly. It’s time to get Ponder a look. The kid needs the experience of starting a regular season game. I think the fans know that we will be drafting high again next year, may as well find out what we have in Ponder the rest of the way. The chief’s game would be a good one for him to break in before we get to the really tough part of are schedule.

  9. Mike T says:

With the first pick in the 2012 nfl draft the minnesota vikings select Andrew Luck QB Stanford

  10. Gary says:

    Ponder or Coach Shannohan……No other choices….Sorry Frazier…….

  11. Al says:

Maybe when the Vikings move to L.A. they can go into the AFC West and win a couple games.
